Switzerland joined the Schengen Area on the 12th of December, 2008. If your country has not signed the Schengen Agreements, please consult the following website to check entry requirements into Switzerland: Swiss Confederation Visa Requirements.
Delegates requiring Visa should request an invitation letter from the organizers at the time of registering for the event, ensuring sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate Embassy or Consulate. The organizers unfortunately can do nothing further to assist this process. The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the Congress organisers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
